Dry chicken feet and dust with dill and basil.

Core and slice apple. Dust with cinnamon and ginger.

Bake both in convection oven at its lowest setting for 6 to 8 hours. 170 °F was the lowest setting on my oven.

My Review:
Feet: Feels like chewing leather. Tastes like chewing leather. 1/10
Apples: Like a cracker made of apple. 7/10. Would eat again.

How did it come to pass that you purchase and eat chicken feet? Part of daily tradition?

I’m glad that dehydrated chicken feet are as gross as they sound like they’d be.

Oh…. Recipe to make these. I thought these were ingredients for something, not the dish itself.

Chicken feet are supposed to be a carrier for sauce, not dry and leathery!

This is probably the worst possible way to cook chicken feet, amazing.

You should look up Chinese recipes for chicken feet, see if there are any that you’re interested in. There’s a braised one, there’s a black vinegar one, there’s a fried one, and so on.

Why? Why did you feel the need to teach us how to make this?

I kind of feel like the recipe is in the name, like with a rum and Coke or a gin and tonic.

Yeah no, if you want to eat chicken feet we usually cook them slowly until you can basically suck all the cartilage out and spit out the bones

Check out something like 卤鸡脚 (braised chicken legs)
